Oats stand the test of time



There are many health foods that claim to be good for you but not all have decade-long studies to prove it. Oats have the highest proportion of solube fibre of aany grain, ehich helps in bile acid excretion. This in turn reduces cholesterol levels in the blood.
Make oats your breakfast choice-start the day with a bowl of oatmeal or opt for products that are rich with the healthy grain such as ceeals, multgrain breads and fortified mil drinks.
